Pricing

Don’t you just hate it when you order something online and they tell you the price but they don’t tell you about hidden fees and taxes until you get to the very end of the transaction?  We hate that too.  So, here is the actual pricing including taxes, fuel fees, and port fees (which, by the way, are like 90 bucks).  The only thing we haven’t included in the price is gratuity.  The cruise line does ask that each person pay $10 per day as a minimum gratuity. This will automatically be added to your onboard account.  So, for our trip, it’s 50 bucks.  Don’t worry about it though, if you haven’t been on a cruise before, the amazing onboard staff totally earns the 50 bucks and then some.

Cruise to Mars Pricing

If you’re super quick, you may have noticed that if you have three or four people in your cabin and split the cost, you can save a little dinero.  This is exceedingly cool.  However, the cruise line has a limited number of three and four person cabins.  If you want one of these cabins, you better register soon.  You will also need a deposit from each member of your party to reserve the cabin.

Payment Schedule

You may be the kind of person who wants to pay the full amount for the cruise right away. This is good. Keeps it simple and very 09'er. However, not all of us live in that zip code and may need to spread out the payments a bit. This is fine too. You'll need to pay an initial deposit, and then make payments along the way. Here's how that will work:

Cancellation Policy

We really hope no one will have to cancel for this event. But, we understand that every once in a while something happens where you have no other choice. We want to be as understanding and accommodating as possible for those few of you who are in this position. Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:

- If you cancel any time before July 1st, we'll refund all but $100
- If you cancel between July 1st and September 1st, we'll refund all but your $300 deposit
- If you cancel between September 1st and November 1st, we'll refund 50% of your total cost
- If you cancel after November 1st, we won't be able to refund any of your payment.
